From the wards of Faridpur Medical College (2012) to the heart of rural healthcare in our Upazilas, my journey has been defined by a commitment to service and learning. After joining the government cadre services in 2014 and clearing my FCPS Part-I, I spent years serving at the rural Upazila level—an experience that deepened my understanding of our people’s needs. This passion for excellence led me to become a Member of the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons (BCPS), and culminate my specialised training with an MD in Pulmonology from National Institute of Diseases of The Chest & Hospital (NIDCH), Dhaka under Bangladesh Medical University (BMU) in 2024. Now, as an Assistant Professor, I am honoured to translate these years of clinical experience and academic rigor into lessons for my students, dedicated to the mission of advancing respiratory health in Bangladesh.

My expertise extends beyond respiratory emergencies and RCU care to include the management of complex medical cases such as prolonged fevers, Dengue, and Typhoid. I am equally dedicated to treating systemic conditions like Arthritis and Gout, as well as gastrointestinal disorders (PUD, IBS) and hepatobilliary issues like Jaundice, Endocrinological Disorders like diabetes, hypo and hyper-thyroidism. This broad clinical perspective allows me to teach my students how respiratory health is interconnected with the body’s other vital systems.”
